Unsolicited Electronic Messages (Enforcement Notices) Appeal Board

To determine appeals against enforcement notices or any part of the enforcement notices related to sending commercial electronic messages served by the Communications Authority under section 38 of the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Ordinance (Cap. 593).
