Procedures for Access to Information

This bureau has designated Senior Executive Officer (Human Resource Management) as the Access to Information Officer who is responsible for ensuring that requests for access to information under the Code are properly dealt with in accordance with the specified procedures.

Requests for information or records held by this bureau may be made by letter or application form obtainable from the General Registry of this bureau or from the Public Enquiry Centres of all District Offices. The application should be addressed to :
