Successful applicants will be required to sign an Agreement with the government and to comply with all the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

To facilitate monitoring and evaluation of projects, successful applicants will be required to submit a Project and/or Progress Reports and financial reports. They may also be required to attend a Vetting Committee meeting to present the project results.
