Application will be invited four times a year. In addition, urgent projects may be submitted any time, in which case the Applicant is required to provide justifications for the need to process the application on an urgent basis. The total submission inclusive of any urgent applications should not exceed 10 applications² a year for each applicant. No application fee is charged.

Application period for this round is from 3 January to 31 March 2012 (both date inclusive).

Applicant should submit the completed Application Form for Professional Services Development Assistance Scheme, together with all required supporting documents, to PSDAS Secretariat by post, in person or by electronic means.

  A briefing session on the scheme will be organized on 21 February 2012 (Tuesday). A help desk service will be available from 21 February to 30 March 2012 to provide assistance to interested organizations in preparing their applications, such as clarification of eligibility of professional service sector, eligibility of project nature, fundable expenditure items and calculation of matching contributions, etc. Please call our enquiry hotline (3655 5952) if you want to seek assistance from the Help Desk.
