All non-profit-distributing¹ professional bodies, trade and industrial organisations and research institutes established or registered under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administration Region are eligible to apply. Applications from Government-subvented organisations (such as a university) are required to secure cash sponsorship from non-subvented professional, trade or industrial organisation(s), or companies in the private sector. The amount of sponsorship should not be less than 10% of the Project Cost.
