    The Commerce, Industry and Technology Bureau; the Intellectual Property Department and Customs and Excise Department, in collaboration with the creative industries and a number of youth organisations, launched a series of educational and publicity programmes to promote respect of intellectual property rights in the digital environment on May 29.
